Functioning

The dirty liquid, channelled through a distributor that prevents turbolences, flows through the endless belt and after being cleaned, flows into the under tank and put it back into circulation by a delivery pump. The deepness of the filtering bed allows to reach a high hydrostatic delivery head and consequently a high flow rate. A tubular gasket, resistant to all common coolants available in the market, separates the collecting dirty chamber from the clean one. The dirty particles accumulate onto the filter belt building up an additional layer of high quality that improves its filtration degree. The solid particles that built up clog the filter belt causing the raising of the liquid. When the set maximum level is reached, the floating switch starts off the belt cleaning through the backwashing high pressure liquid flowing through nozzles. At the same time the belt advances conveyed by the under metal net so as the clean filter belt is ready again for filtration. The sludges removed from the belt by a brush, are discharged into the dust bin. The cleaning stage does not interrupt the filtration process, an extra delivery tank is not necessary!
