Functioning
The dirty fluid is conveyed into the centrifuge drum by a pump. Through the centrifugal force produced by the rotor, the fluid is decomposed into its single components which have a different specific weight. The solid and more heavy particles are built up on the rotor walls. The clean liquid is extracted by a piping. When a certain quantity of solid particles is reached, the delivery of the liquid to the centrifuge is stopped and the scrapers take off the solid particles which fall into the collection basket beneath. The high speed rotor guarantees high filtration degrees.
